credentials for admin user on SaaS stopped working we cannot restore password via email

Thing is, the user with name admin is a special one

  1. admin is created with SaaS instance.
  2. admin uses 1 licence.
  3. admin's password is generated by robots.
  4. admin's password is being reset to its initial state in case of release upgrades and services restart.
  5. admin's password cannot be changed (see item #4) via Allure Testops UI
  6. admin is the only user which can access the SaaS instance, and update (add) payment details if instance became read only if you did not pay for your Allure Testops instance.

This behaviour can be changed in future but for now admin works exactly as described above.
