Limitations
Switching between plans (Monthly <> Annual) is only possible when
- instance is being used commercially, i.e. you are not trialling
- the payment details have been provided, i.e. you have introduced the bank card details
Switching to annual plan
Getting to Stripe UI
- In Allure TestOps UI click Administration menu item.
- Then being in the administration menu proceed to License
- Then Click Manage Subscription in the top right corner.
- You will be redirected to Stripe UI for managing the subscription.
Updating the plan type
In the Stripe UI Click Update subscription.
On the next page Switch to annual subscription by clicking Yearly, and then complete the update.
Stripe will charge your card accordingly to the calculated amount and reuse the money you still haven't spent.
