Updating license for Allure TestOps on-premises deployment

Cases

  1. Your license is a trial one or a commercial one and hasn't expired.
  2. Your license is a trial one or a commercial one and has expired.

Preconditions

  1. All the manipulations with the licensing require the ROLE_ADMIN assigned to you.
  2. If your license has expired, you need to log in as a superuser (username is admin by default, and it is set in the configuration files).
  3. This article covers Allure TestOps releases starting from 3.181.5 and the next ones. If your release is older than 3.181.5, you need to upgrade to the most recent release.

1. Proceed to Administration > License > Manage

2. Add a new license string to the dedicated field.

  1. Log out from Allure TestOps
  2. Go to the login page
  3. Log in as admin (username is admin or any other set by you in the configuration file)
  4. In the License field add a new license string

Login as admin when you are using external IAM

If you are using external IAM (OIDC, LDAP, etc), you need to use log-in to your local account to activate the license.

Use the following path to proceed to the system (built-in accounts) log-in: 


ALLURE_TESTOPS-URL/login/system
