Check whether you are using the username

When registering in an Allure TestOps instance, the system asks you to enter the following user attributes:


Username, is your alias in the instance, and this is the attribute you need to use when logging in to Allure TestOps instance. The field username displayed below does not accept the email used for the registration unless you created same username as your email address.

You can check your profile or members list (see below) to refresh the memory about username.
