I can't login to Admin account.

Make sure that you log in to TestOps using the system authentication and not a third party:
https://{allure.instance}/login/system

For cloud version.
You need to use the password you received after the creation of your instance.
Admin's password is being reset to the initial state during updates or restarts.

For server version.

You need to use the password you set in the configuration files of your instance.
